QR code generation linking to tribute pages
Family sharing and collaboration features

3. Orders and Payment

When placing an order:

All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping feeses
Payment is required in full before production begins
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods
Orders cannot be modified once production has started
Digital tribute pages are activated upon order completion

4. Customization and Content

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information for engravings (names, dates)
Uploading high-quality photos suitable for printing
Ensuring you have rights to use all uploaded content
Reviewing and approving design proofs before production

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.

5. Production and Delivery

Production Time: Custom stones require 2-3 weeks for production after design approval.
Shipping: We ship via insured carriers. Delivery times vary by location.
Risk of Loss: We are responsible for items until delivered. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
Refunds are only provided for manufacturing defects or errors on our part
We will repair or replace stones with proven defects at no charge
Errors in customer-provided information are not eligible for refunds

7. Digital Tribute Pages

Hosting: Digital tribute pages are hosted for the lifetime of our service at no additional cost.
Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host and display this content for the purpose of providing our services.
Conduct: Users may not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Life Stone’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our stones and digital services are provided as-is, though we stand behind our quality with our satisfaction guarantee for manufacturing defects.
